Returns and Exchanges
We inspect every Swigos cup to make sure they are perfect before packaging the sets by hand and mailing them to our customers. If somehow your set was damaged in delivery, please let us know within 15 days by emailing hello@swigos.com and we will work with you to replace the damaged item(s). 


Replacements (if applicable)
Once your damaged return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement(s). Unfortunately, we cannot replace a damaged item(s) if we are not initially notified within 15 days. 


Refunds  
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. 


Shipping a Damaged Item(s)
To return a cup(s) damaged in the delivery to you, you should mail the damaged cup(s) to: Swigos LLC, 1828 Broadway Apt 502, San Francisco, CA 94109, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
